What You’ll Be Responsible For

Coordination & Relationship Management

• Organize and coordinate in-person and virtual interviews between hiring managers and candidates
• Manage all logistics on interview days to ensure a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders including hiring managers and members of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team
• Handle logistics such as reserving interview rooms, checking availability, registering candidates in the visitor system, and setting up virtual meetings as needed
• Conduct background checks and reference verifications during the offer stage
• Support team-wide and cross-functional HR initiatives aimed at improving processes and enhancing overall efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships
• Interest in or exposure to Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
